Sayan of the Tuvan Throat Singers - Hun Hr Tu examines one of my Native American flutes..this one was made by Coyote Oldman. An interesting jam session followed held at Morley Hall , Lake ErieCollege. It was quite fun trying to find the cultural overlap, but music.. as universal as breathing was the ultimate translator
David collects Native American flutes while on his travels. These excellent flutes are made by Chris Ti Coom (Larry Spieler). It was difficult to have to choose only one! Larry was kind enough to offer these magnificent instruments while on a recent trip to Colorado. I chose an African Grenadilla wood in F#, but they all sounded fantastic!
